SAP is the leading global ERP software vendor. Project includes a total extranet solution provided by Tribros. Contains human resources applications such as cv manager, cv submission, cv reporting, cv grouping, cv emailing, cv evaluation, and SAP Academy applications such as training enrollment, training tracking. Marketing applications such as e-marketing manager, membership manager, membership submission, profile reporting, member grouping & profiling, member emailing, campaign management, marketing survey builder, survey results manager, e-marketing workflow management are part of the total solution.
Human resources application enable HR to advertise for job openings and receive cvs over the internet by using a pre-designed form. These cvs that are reviewed by HR personnel are available for grouping using certain criteria and can be rated by the reviewer. Application also enables sending standard or custom e-mail messages to the applicants. A cv database runs on the backend.
SAP Academy application consists of training enrollment used by SAP customers, and training tracking used by SAP Academy. A front end application for Academy database management is also designed and implemented. This front end application enables SAP Academy to enter and manage course details.
E-marketing manager application used for SAP Turkeys e-marketing strategies. Customer membership manager includes member subscription application which utilizes a custom-built member and company database capturing member and company profile information. SAP uses a review system for revieving customers and defining their statuses. The member and company database is used for profiling, reporting, member emailing, campaign management. E-marketing workflow management application enables SAP to manage the workflow of customers thru Marketing and Sales phases.
Marketing survey builder and survey results manager enables SAP to build e-surveys and monitor survey results. These surveys are used for customer satisfaction.
A content publishing system is also part of the total solution.
