Exchange services are the most cutting edge solutions being discussed and implemented in the market. Most of the large-scale organizations started implementing B-to-B exchanges. The number of such B-to-B exchanges is over 1100 and most of them are pure indirect procurement exchanges. The next generation exchanges will be collaborative exchanges used jointly by large corporations. The next generation exchanges will enable collaborative-business scenarios. Collaborative forecasting, collaborative distribution and production planning, can be examples of such C-business scenarios. For the next 12 months there will be standardization in the market for Exchanges. There is a fairly new opportunity for the large corp. in building such exchanges. Currently there are 3 exchanges under construction in Turkey. Those exchanges depend on different integration systems and a new exchange integrator market is forming.
